1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the Skills-Native App (hereinafter "SNA") marketplace (hereinafter "the Service") provided by Neuradex (hereinafter "the Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

  • Account registration may be required to use the Service.
  • Please keep your registration information accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for managing your account credentials.
  • If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
  • Creating multiple accounts by a single user is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited when using the Service:

  • Activities that violate laws or public order
  • Activities that infringe the rights of other users or third parties
  • Registering or publishing false information
  • Activities that interfere with service operations (unauthorized access, scraping, excessive API calls, etc.)
  • Publishing apps containing malware or harmful code
  • Unauthorized use of other users' accounts
  • Using the Service for commercial purposes without prior approval from the Company

4. Marketplace Rules

For Creators

  • Please provide accurate descriptions and feature information for published apps.
  • Publishing apps that infringe third-party intellectual property rights is prohibited.
  • The Company reserves the right to review and remove apps.
  • Revenue sharing is subject to terms separately determined by the Company.

For Users

  • Please use purchased apps within the scope of personal use.
  • Redistribution and reverse engineering of apps is prohibited.
  • Please write honest reviews and ratings, and do not post false content.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Intellectual property rights for apps published by creators belong to the creators, but creators grant the Company a license to the extent necessary for display and distribution on the marketplace.

6. Payment and Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Prices follow the amounts displayed on app detail pages (tax included).
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to the Company's terms.
  • Payments to creators are made according to a schedule separately determined by the Company.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the Service. The Company assumes no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of apps published by creators.

The Company's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the customer to the Company in the preceding 12 months, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Service Changes and Termination

The Company may change the content of or terminate the Service with prior notice. In the case of termination, reasonable advance notice will be provided.

9. Account Suspension and Deletion

The Company may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company may change these Terms. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any disputes related to these Terms.
